Where did you hear about Tyn Dwr Hall?

We booked on one of the very first open days before the hall renovation was completed. The best part about planning our wedding was getting the opportunity to visit our venue on many occasions before the wedding, I think it really helped us envisage our special day.

What was your first impression of Tyn Dwr Hall?

So many things… but most of all, simply beautiful.

Our favourite photos of us are actually nestled in the woodland area under the trees.

Perfect, everyone was on top form. We remember Andrew the night manager being very nice and helpful to us as the night come to an end.

What set Tyn Dwr Hall apart from other wedding venues?

Its exclusivity and the fact it has so many beautiful rooms and not just one. The option to get married outside is also great.

The weather… which is silly, as you can’t control it.

id you choose a wedding theme for your day?

We didn’t have a set theme for the day, but as a big fan of monochrome, we kept the flowers just white with lots of green foliage. The men wore black tuxedos and the bridesmaids matched in black bespoke dresses.

What was your Wedding Menu?

We went with the BBQ, it was amazing... we are big foodies, so the food was important to us. Everyone commented on how great the food was.

Tell us about your Wedding Entertainment

For the ceremony we had a String Quartet which was beautiful, the inspiration came from a performance at one of the hall’s open days. In the early evening we had a very talented performer/musician called Sam Wise and then afterwards kept it simple with a DJ in the evening.

Has to be the father of the bride's speech. Everyone loved it and tried their best to hold back the tears.
