Tyn Dwr Hall January 2022 Competition Terms and Conditions

The promoter is: Tyn Dwr Hall whose registered office is Tyn Dwr Hall, Tyn Dwr Road, Llangollen, LL20 8AR.

The competition is open to entrees age 18+ excluding employees of Tyn Dwr Hall and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

There is no entry fee to enter this competition. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and those of Tyn Dwr Hall. Closing date for entries will be Wednesday 18th January 2023 at 23.59. After this date, no further entries to will be permitted. If you enter after this date, your entry will not be counted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules and how to enter are as follows:
– Like our Facebook Page @tyndwrhall & follow our Instagram page @tyndwrhall
– Like our competition post & tag a newly engaged couple in the comments and/or like our Instagram post & tag a newly engaged couple in the comments
– Share the competition post to your on Facebook and/or share the competition post to your Instagram story

Those who have completed all of the above steps will go into a draw and one winner will be chosen at random and notified via social media on Saturday 21st January 2023. One entry permitted per person.

The Prize: Free Venue Hire of Tyn Dwr Hall on dates available from 1st December-20th December (Monday-Friday weddings only)

The winner will be bound by the standard Tyn Dwr Hall booking terms and conditions which require a minimum of 60 catered adult wedding guests from Monday-Thursday and 80 catered adult wedding guests for a Friday. On the selected wedding date, it is required for all guests to have a wedding breakfast, drinks and evening food package. All 27 bedrooms on site of Tyn Dwr Hall must also be occupied and booked in full.

Further booking terms and conditions apply. A full copy of the terms and conditions will be supplied to the winner of notification of their prize. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable or refundable.

All Tyn Dwr Hall competition prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Once contacted, the winner must accept or decline the prize within 48 hours.

Tyn Dwr Hall’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation (The Data Protection Act 2018) and will not be disclosed to a third party. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
