Husband and wife Mathew and Victoria, discovered the hall on a family walk one morning in 2015.
Matthew’s background of owning a construction company gave him the vision of what Tyn Dwr could be.
You’ll quite often find the whole family at the hall; the children love playing in the Hall grounds and showing our guests around – it really is ‘family run’.

Tracey Owen

General manager

The core of the Tyn Dwr family, Tracey has over 30 years’ experience within the hospitality industry, her attention to detail and exceptional high standards have helped to achieve an award-winning reputation at Tyn Dwr Hall. Overseeing the team she takes great pride watching couples spend their special day at Tyn Dwr Hall.

Tracey has a passion for food and travel with a particular soft spot of Italy and its Gelato.

Shannon Roberts

Senior Wedding and Communications Manager 

With a 1st class degree in Events Management, she’s got the knowledge and experience to match. As well as managing our wonderful Wedding Team, Shannon looks after our social media and marketing. A music enthusiast, you can usually find her knee deep in mud at a gig or running around after her crazy Cocker Spaniel Sergio.

Andrew Owen

Estate Manager

Andrew has a very keen eye for detail which makes him perfect for making sure the Hall and grounds are always immaculate. He wishes he had more time on his bike and dreams of sunny days cycling through France; the valleys around Llangollen will suffice for now.
