This largely depends on what is happening at the venue. Because we will be busy making everything perfect for the couple, we need to focus on them before midday. After this time, if there is no wedding the day before we are happy for guests to arrive at 12pm, check into their rooms and get ready. We’d ask guests to be mindful of being ready for the ceremony time (typically 1pm).
If there is a wedding the day before then check in is from 2pm, this is so every room can be beautifully restored and ready for everyone. In this case we would suggest you come dressed but use our loo’s to freshen up.
Of course! We’d ask that you collect your car by 10am the next day please.
We have spaces in the main car park for 120 cars. We also have spaces right outside the venue courtyard for the couple and main party. In addition we have a Priority / Disabled parking plus E-charging spaces for 2 cars.

Of course you can. You can bring cards and gifts directly and we can show you where the gift table is, or you can contact us to contribute to the wedding itself. This could be anything from bottles of champagne in their room, to upgrades. We do need to be notified of this before their final meeting 2 months before and at this stage we can tell the couple what has been purchased for them. We must advise that all extras do need to be agreed by the couple please.
We would suggest heading into Llangollen itself. The town has lovely cafes, bars, and shops you can enjoy before heading to us.

Absolutely! There are signs dotted around the Hall with login information.
Please park in the main car park and take the path up to the main doors themselves. A member of the team will be there to greet and direct you.
Absolutely! While the majority of the venue is flat, we do have a disabled lift as well as an ambulant room in the Coach House, plus have a disabled loo with the others.

The Wedding couple have access to an online booking space, they can send this to you plus a PIN to login. From here you can see each room, how many it sleeps and you can pay for this using your bank card.
Everyone who stays on site must be in an allocated room to best manage safety please. There are lots of local camping sites nearby in Llangollen, such as https://llandyn.wales/ or https://www.theabbeyfarm.co.uk/

Yes we do, and we also have a pantry in the hall where you can warm milk or food, or take some time away if you need space.
