IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Please note that all accommodation is Bed & Breakfast Only.
• There will be no food or drinks facilities available at Tyn Dwr Hall, all bars will be closed.
• Our family rooms are for a maximum of 2 adults, and 2 children under 16. Please do not book our family rooms for more that 2 adults
• All additional extra beds available are for children under 16 years old only.
• Our Accommodation system is designed for our wedding bookings, please overlook the Wedding Menu, Gift List and Information.

Every summer since 1947 Llangollen has staged one of the world’s most inspirational cultural festivals. Each year around 4,000 performers and as many as 35,000 visitors converge on this beautiful small Welsh town and its International Pavilion; to sing and dance in a unique combination of competition, performance, and international peace and friendship.

The competitions climax with the prestigious ‘Choir of the World’, which determines the best overall choir of the event. In 2005 Luciano Pavarotti added his name to the competition in recognition of his appreciation of the festival and its influence on his career.

Tyn Dwr Hall is just over a mile outside the market town of Llangollen & nothing short of amazing. From the huge wood door, you can look out onto panoramic views of rolling hills, quarries, mountains and lush farmland.

In a fusion of the contemporary and historic, you’ll find delightful details dating back to when the hall was first built – think ornate fireplaces, the dark-wood staircase and stained-glass windows – as well as inviting and vibrant new features. There’s the awe-inspiring Entrance Hall, complete with huge fireplaces and restful sofa area and one of the best views of the rolling Welsh hills from the door. Explore the quaint Snug too, complete with original gun room, and the Drawing Room perfect for relaxing.
