This October marks a very special milestone for us – 10 years of Tyn Dwr Hall.

Ten years of couples walking down the aisle. Ten years of champagne corks popping, speeches being made, dancefloors filling and families coming together. Ten years of unforgettable wedding days, each one completely different and completely their own.

So, naturally, we thought we should celebrate.

Join us at Tyn Dwr Hall – for a very special Open Day filled with wedding inspiration, brilliant suppliers, beautiful styling, live music, food, drinks and a little autumn magic.

Whether you’re already part of the Tyn Dwr story or wondering whether yours could begin here, we’d love you to join us.

Come and wander through the Hall, see our ceremony spaces dressed for a wedding, meet our Wedding Team and spend time with some of the wonderful people who have helped us create so many magical celebrations over the years.

Ten years of love stories

There are some numbers we’re particularly proud of.
But this one feels special.

For ten years, Tyn Dwr Hall has been the backdrop to first looks, nervous aisle walks, enormous cheers, happy tears, late-night dancing and thousands upon thousands of little moments that have become somebody’s favourite memories.
And while the Hall may have been standing here for rather longer than ten years, the Tyn Dwr we know and love today has been built around weddings.
Around people.
Around love.
Our anniversary Open Day is a chance to celebrate everything the last decade has brought – while looking forward to all the weddings still to come.
Maybe yours will be one of them.

Step into the magic

This isn’t simply a chance to look around a wedding venue.

We want you to experience Tyn Dwr as it feels when a wedding is beginning to come to life.

Walk through the doors with the fires lit and music playing. See the Ballroom ready for a ceremony. Wander through the Garden Room. Discover the bedrooms, Dressing Room and all those beautiful little spaces tucked throughout the Hall.

Then head outside where, if the autumn weather is kind to us, our Summer House will be dressed for an outdoor ceremony too.

Take your time.

After ten years of weddings, we know that sometimes the feeling matters just as much as the photographs.

Meet the people behind the weddings

Some of our favourite wedding suppliers will be joining us for the afternoon, bringing ideas, inspiration and a little extra magic to the Hall.

Along Came Eve

Because few wedding moments are more exciting than finding the dress.

Along Came Eve will be bringing beautiful bridal inspiration to Tyn Dwr, helping you imagine one of the biggest moments of all – that walk towards the person you love.

Borras

Wedding style isn’t just about the dress.

Borras will be joining us with suit inspiration for grooms, wedding parties and everyone wanting to look particularly lovely for the occasion.

Amba Strings

There are some parts of a wedding you simply have to experience.

Amba Strings will be filling Tyn Dwr with live music throughout the afternoon, adding that unmistakable bit of romance and magic that only live strings can bring.

Lazy Marmalade

Our Ballroom will be dressed and ready for an autumn wedding ceremony, with Lazy Marmalade joining us as part of the inspiration.

Stand at the beginning of the aisle. Take it all in.

Then imagine the person you love waiting at the other end.

Tiffany Content

Some of the most magical wedding moments are the ones happening in between.

Tiffany Content will be joining us to talk all things wedding content creation – capturing the laughter, excitement, little glances and behind-the-scenes moments you’ll want to relive the following morning.

Candid Company

Because the best weddings have plenty of fun too.

Candid Company will be bringing their photo booth along for the afternoon, so grab your person, strike a pose and take home a little memory of your autumn visit to Tyn Dwr.

Uplit

Candlelight, atmosphere and that warm autumn glow can completely change the feeling of a room.

Uplit will be helping us add a little extra wedding magic to the Hall, showing how lighting can transform a space as day turns into evening.

Come hungry

It wouldn’t be a Tyn Dwr celebration without something delicious.
There’ll be tastes from our kitchen throughout the afternoon, including canapés and evening food, alongside samples from the bar.
Take a drink, find a cosy corner and start imagining your own wedding menu being served to the people you love most.
And if the October weather behaves itself, make your way down to the Summer House too, where we’re planning an outdoor ceremony set-up and a little extra celebration with a champagne tower.
It is our tenth birthday, after all.
There should definitely be bubbles.

See Tyn Dwr dressed for love

Over the last ten years, these rooms have seen thousands of wedding moments.
For our anniversary Open Day, we’re bringing some of that magic to life again.

The Ballroom will be prepared for a ceremony, with herringbone seating, candles, beautiful styling and floral details framing the beginning of the aisle.
Outside, weather permitting, our Summer House will offer another glimpse of wedding magic – surrounded by the Welsh countryside and the colours of autumn.
Wander through the Hall.
Look out across the gardens.
Stand where you might say your vows.
Imagine the music starting.
Imagine the doors opening.
Imagine everyone you love gathered together.
Sometimes photographs can only tell you so much.
You have to feel it.
