Husband and wife, Matthew and Victoria, discovered Tyn Dwr Hall on a family walk in 2015 and instantly fell in love with its charm and potential. What followed was a true labour of love—combining their deep passion for the hall with creativity, vision, and business expertise to breathe new life into the estate. With Matthew’s background in construction and their shared dream of creating something extraordinary, they meticulously restored and transformed Tyn Dwr Hall into the breathtaking wedding venue it is today.

The core of the Tyn Dwr Hall family, Tracey brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, setting the highest standards that have helped shape the venue’s award-winning reputation. With a meticulous eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence, she leads the team with passion, ensuring every couple’s journey is seamless and unforgettable. Watching love stories come to life at Tyn Dwr Hall is one of her greatest joys.
A true foodie and travel enthusiast, Tracey has a particular love for Italy—especially its gelato!

Andrew Owen

Estate Manager
Andrew has a very keen eye for detail which makes him perfect for making sure the Hall and grounds are always immaculate. He wishes he had more time on his bike and dreams of sunny days cycling through France; the valleys around Llangollen will suffice for now.

Shannon Roberts

Senior Wedding and Communications Manager
With a 1st class degree in Events Management, she’s got the knowledge and experience to match. As well as managing our wonderful Wedding Team, Shannon looks after our social media and marketing. A music enthusiast, you can usually find her knee deep in mud at a gig or running around after her crazy Cocker Spaniel Sergio.

Wedding Managers

Amy and Liv are at the very heart of wedding days at Tyn Dŵr Hall.
Both began their journeys with us behind the scenes, working within our catering and housekeeping teams, where they developed an intimate understanding of how the Hall runs, how service flows, and what truly matters to guests. With clear focus, dedication and a genuine love for weddings, they set their sights on becoming part of our Wedding Team — and they’ve never looked back.
Now, alongside Shannon, Amy and Liv are there from the moment plans become reality to the very last song of the night. They are calm organisers, detail-keepers, problem-solvers and — just as importantly — the reassuring presence every couple needs on the day itself.
From straightening dresses and calming nerves, to quietly keeping everything running seamlessly in the background, they are your go-to people, your friendly faces, and your biggest supporters throughout your celebration.On the day, they’re not just managing timelines — they’re holding hands, offering smiles, and making sure you feel completely looked after, so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

Sharon Lindon

Head of Sales & Marketing

With over 13 years’ experience in the wedding industry, Sharon plays a key role in shaping both the first impressions and the behind-the-scenes workings of Tyn Dŵr Hall.
She looks after the website, systems and planning tools that support each couple’s journey, creates the venue’s literature and communications, and carefully reviews enquiries and bookings to ensure every experience feels smooth, thoughtful and well considered.
Alongside this, Sharon loves meeting couples in person — welcoming them to the Hall, hosting showrounds and helping them imagine how their day could unfold. From the very first enquiry to that all-important first visit, she’s there to guide, reassure and make the process feel exciting and effortless.
